CHUPA has now been banned.

All the evidence shows that chupa has hacked.

He cant drop for no reason, and if katie doesnt have the 155 version of noghost then that cant be true. Almost all servers now have 155 accept some rail-freeze and Free For All DM.

So it wasnt the noghost that caused it. So what could it have been. chuPa is suspended from the clan untill anyone proves he didnt hack. All the evidence shows he is a hacker. I have posted this on H$ and they too agree He is a hacker. Im sorry for this, i might be a normal member but no one can say he hasnt hacked. there is no proof to say he hasnt hacked. and as for this he has been Banned. And is no longer a member of the clan.

Katie if you want we can talk in private about this on PM, Noghost 155 had a bit of problems when if first was launched but they fixed it. And anyway... chuPa didnt have the noghost mod then so he couldnt of been playing a server with the noghost mod, so noghost has nothing to do with it. My points is clear and is prooved. Chupa is a hacker or ex-hacker, anyway he still has hacked befour and is no longer a member of our clan.

I don't and will not use the new noghost, ChuPa sent me the new noghost 2 days ago, when he downloaded it.

I don't think he hacks, as far as I'm concerned you need more proof than some shitty server dropping him for a strange bind in his config.

He's unbanned until more proof is provided.




Oh and what's this fascination with H$?
Do they know who the leader of this clan is? If they were /kindly/ reminded, I'm sure they'd have a few choice words.

Get proof before accusing someone of cheating. Because he was dropped means nothing, it does say "suspected" not "definite"..

If I downloaded if I'd be dropped from every server, so I'm not.

He doesn't cheat until I see MORE PROOF!

As far as I'm concerned returning members overule regular and VIP members, I will give returning members the benefit of the doubt but if I'm provided with rock solid evidence that a member cheats then I will take action.
